Eligibity for Return
- Return Window: Merchandise must be returned within 24 hrs of the delivered date to be eligible for a return
- Condition of Merchandise must be unused, in original packing & in the same condition in which they were received
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized or custom products
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, items returned after the 30-day return period).
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping for any defective or damaged item that is approved for exchange. If the item you want is no longer available, we will provide a refund.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process if you wish to return the item. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
